Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies.
  • Follow all recipes and company standards for drinks and cocktails.
  • Engage with customers, take drink and food orders, and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with all local alcohol laws and health and safety regulations.
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
  • Monitor guest intoxication levels and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
  • Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after shifts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
