1 Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using the calling scripts.
2 Keep a track of number of Customers called by maintaining a excel on daily basis and making a note to give a follow up call to the Prospective customer.
3 Do Suspecting and prospecting of the client and hand over the same to the sales person going to meet.
4 Take a appointment from the prospective customer for meeting and Direct prospects to the respective sales person and inform him/her about the customer’s requirement, date and time of meeting, name, contact number and address of the customer.
5 Enter the lead in the CRM of the respective sales person with mentioning the name and contact number of the customer and also the date the lead has been entered in the wunderlist.
6 Stay in coordination and take follow ups from the sales person regarding the leads passed on and will be responsible to bring the lead to a logical conclusion.
7 Will be responsible for doing mass mail using constant contact on daily basis and then sharing the same EDM in the Bitsy team Whats app group and also post the same EDM on respective company
8 Will have to call BNI members to get connects from them and also get them connected to our clients.
9Reporting to lead Director.
Maintain the daily activity done & Share the report at the end of the day. Take a screen shot and whats app to the HOD and the Director.
