Job Description

  • Should have in-depth knowledge of all DCR. And approval process.
  • Should have positive approach to get approvals from authorities.
  • Should be in a position to calculate/ work out all area statements like carpet / built up/ super built up and all permissible non FSI areas.
  • Should have complete knowledge of parking / basement regulations
  • Should be able to handle project independently.
    • Minimum 8 years’ experience in processing and approving plans from all competent authorities

  • BMC / MIDC/CIDCO/ CFO / AVIATION / ENVIRONMENT and all.

    • Minimum 8 years’ experience in processing and approving plans from all competent authorities
