Candidate should have complete accounting knowledge and capable of finalizing independently accounts of manufacturing Companies with 4 and more divisions.
Should have basic knowledge of Ind-AS (Indian Accounting Standards).
Should be Computer savvy and excellent command especially in MS Office (Mainly Excel, Power point & Word).
Should have good knowledge of Income tax return filling (form 6 & 3CD, 3CA), Income Tax assessment details preparation, TDS return filling, GST return filling and handling Statutory & Tax Auditors teams
Maintaining Book of accounts, finalizing Accounts, ledger Scrutiny, monthly / quarterly closing entries and ensure compliance of the Corporate Policies.
Well versed with preparation & computation of Income tax, exemptions criteria, various tax rates, E-payment of tax, E-returns filling of Tax Returns & Assessment compilation, & Liaisoning with Tax Auditors & Consultants.
Preparation and online submission of required details for Income Tax assessments.
Liaison with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, preparation of Final Accounts as per Companies Act 2013, Quarterly results as per SEBIguidelines, AGM details preparation.
Preparation of quarterly report on MSME, Related party transactions etc required by CS dept. for submission to SEBI as per Companies Act
Preparation of fortnightly Cash flow (HO) as per format.
Maintaining Fixed assets register in excel & depreciation calculations as per Company’s Act.
Liaisoning with factory accounts team for Quarterly & annual Accounts Preparation & Audits requirements.
Monthly Inter divisional reconciliation, stock valuation, Bank reconciliation
Maintaining Group Gratuity Accounts.
