Job Description

  1. Review of Basic Process / URS package given by client.
  2. Utility Generation capacity Estimation & Design Basis
  3. Develop Block Diagrams /Process Flow Diagrams for Process and Utilities.
  4. Develop Piping & Instrumentation diagrams for Process, Utilities & Tank farm Systems.
  5. Preparation of Process Data Sheets for Fabricated & Bought out Plant Equipments covering  Reactors, Tanks , Pumps, Heat Exchangers & Storage Tanks etc..
  6. Process Calculations like pipe sizing for Liquid, Steam & Gas Services.
  7. Pump Head selection, Storage Tank Vent sizing, Nitrogen Blanketing for Storage Tanks.
  8. Develop Control logic & Process Interlocks for Smooth Process Operations
  9. Review of Supplier offers and Technical discussions with Bidders for Plant Equipments
  10. Review / Approval of various documents submitted by suppliers for Plant Equipments.
  11. Participation in Hazop Studies.
  12. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures.
  13. Assistance during Commissioning of Plant.
