Job Description

Responsible for overall successful execution of the conferences
Update & develop data for the industry vertical under the guidance of team leader
Send out Central Advisory Board (CAB) invitations , organise CAB meetings and do the post meeting follow ups
Send regular communication for conferences promotion to targeted industries
Reach out to relevant Industry Associations, concerned industry entities & Government institutions to seek support for the event
Coordinate with sales & marketing team for Sponsorships & Participation from industry for exhibitions and conferences
Arrange editorial & sales meetings as required
Follow up with respective speakers to get confirmations , bios & photographs etc. to compile conference compendium
Get the targeted number of delegates for conferences from industry and institutions through: direct calling, mailing, barters with association & media barters etc.
