Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Nagios monitoring tools. This includes prospecting, lead generation, and conducting sales presentations to potential clients.  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our clients. Provide ongoing support and act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their evolving needs and offering appropriate solutions.  
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and design customized Nagios monitoring solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. 
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, outlining the scope of work, pricing, and terms of service. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and develop strategies to penetrate new sectors.  
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager on sales performance.
