Job Description

  • Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Take orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers in your section.
  • Ensure proper table settings, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly.
  • Provide menu recommendations and upsell food and beverages.
  • Liaise with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and take immediate corrective action when needed.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in service standards and procedures.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including shift handovers.
