* Understand and give proper moulds (negative replica of design, silicon rubber) to the productions supply chain, quality mould is prime responsibility.
* Pre casting of sample (CAM to wax Setting).
* Post casting troubleshoots issues like length, any quality issues, for commercial order.
* Planning, organizing, supervising in accordance with Quality Assurance methods.
* Identifying bottleneck & resolving it through production techniques.
* Monitoring monthly analysis of delivered orders to understand reasons for any discrepancy in QC and to take precautions for upcoming orders.
* Reviewing & planning manpower / capacity to meet fluctuating production requirement.
* Monitoring performance measurement systems
* Implementing & Ensuring Industrial QC norm with companies’ product line.
* Coordinating with all departments Like CAM operator, CAD Design, Model Maker, Waxing & Wax Setting, Date Entry to facilitate smooth delivery of orders.
* Efficiently managing with production team to execute all production orders with the desired levels of quality within the defined timeframe.
* Raise & achieve the quality norm beyond the set industrial boundaries.
