* Manage sales order processing from Domestic Marketing and Export clients.
* Plan and coordinate production and supply to in-house plants (Kandla, Dehradun) based on Make-To-Order (MTO) systems.
* Run MRP in SAP to identify raw/packing material shortages and coordinate with the Purchase team.
* Collaborate with Production, QC/QA, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely release and delivery of finished goods.
* Act as the liaison between manufacturing sites and Head Office functions (Marketing, QA, RA, Packaging, Logistics, Finance).
