路 To prepare the list of project deliverables and estimation of Man Hours against each deliverable based on agreed scope with Client.
路 To prepare/review Instrumentation documents (e.g., Instrument datasheets, I/O list, Instrument Index, Hook-up drawings, Instrument Junction box termination drawing, Power consumption list, Lighting enquiry, Electrical block diagram, etc.) based on Client specification/company standard/International standards and system requirements.
路 To review and assess both Internal and External design documentation.
路 To ensure engineering documentation package is available for procurement.
路 Responsible for preparation/reviewing of basic and detailed engineering documents for Instrumentation.
路 Preparation of datasheets/specifications/enquiries for Instruments, control panel and any critical item in project.
路 Responsible for handling technical communication with other disciplines and with client.
路 Undertake inspection and expedition of Instruments and control system.
路 Preparation of Instrumentation tender (including issue of bid enquiry, technical & commercial bid evaluation and finally technical recommendation).
