Candidate must be Commerce Graduate /Post Graduate or Inter CA with relevant minimum 10 to 12 years experienced in a listed company for handling the day to day books of accounts & statutory records pertaining to acceptance of deposits from Public & shareholders etc. also having exposure to statutory compliance to the various provisions pertain to acceptance of Deposits from public under Companies Act 2013 (Sections 73-76).
Candidate who has earlier experienced in handling the aforesaid fixed deposits function independently will be given preferences. Also the proposed candidate should have adequate exposure to tally – ERP accounting packages including accounting & reconciliation of deposits received and co-ordinate with statutory auditors.
Ability to communicate independently with depositors, brokers, auditors and Top Management.
