Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

· Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

· Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

· Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.

· Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.

Administration:

· Manage administrative tasks including documentation, asset allocation, and coordination with vendors.

· Ensure timely communication and documentation related to employee life cycle events (joining, exit, etc.).

Compliance & Documentation:

· Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.

· Maintain statutory registers and handle internal/external audit requirements.

· Stay informed about compliance updates and help in implementing necessary changes.

Payroll Coordination:

· Assist in gathering and verifying data for payroll processing.

· Coordinate with the finance team for accurate disbursal of salaries and reimbursements.

· Help resolve basic payroll queries and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Employee Engagement & Development:

· Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement programs.

· Support training and development initiatives by coordinating with department heads and external trainers.

· Gather feedback from employees and assist in creating a positive work culture.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Experience: 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in BFSI, NBFC, or Stock Broking industry.

Skills Required:

· Strong knowledge of HR operations, basic payroll, and compliance.

· Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory norms.

· Good command of MS Office, HRIS, and payroll software.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
