Job Description

  • Bill booking of vendors, Expenses in Tally
  • Accounting of TDS effect while bill booking
  • Purchase & Sales invoice booking
  • Bank entries – receipts & payments in Tally
  • Bank reconciliation in Tally
  • Petty Cash Imprest entries in Tally
  • Expenses booking , entry in tally, checking and payments
  • Maintaining all cash expenses as well as transfers done to Jasai bank ac from HO.
  • Utility Bills tracking and payment on timely manner coordination with HO
  • Reporting to Acs Manager at HO on daily basis 
  • Monthly visit to HO – Tardeo office for reconciliation and discrepancies.
  • Outstanding followups- send monthly emails to clients for payment of overdue o/s
  • GST complete knowledge, incl filing of returns, reco of mismatch on GST Portal, payment
  • TDS complete knowledge, applicability, booking and processing of challans & payment thru TDSpac
  • Salary booking entries, calculations incl deductions wherever necessary
  • Making Purchase Orders for all relevant departments and team
  • Financial Stock Closing and Audit- Monthly
  • Proven experience as a Accounts Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Thorough knowledge of Tally / ZOHO / similar
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office – Excel & Word
  • Thorough understanding TDS & GST laws
  • Fast learner and passion to be part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
