Job Description

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for financial entries
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor company bank accounts
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns (as required)
  • Help in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Coordinate with internal departments for billing and documentation
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of financial records
  • Assist with audits and respond to queries from auditors
